- Set up and operate CNC milling machines to produce tight-tolerance parts
- Interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T requirements
- Verify part accuracy using precision measuring tools
- Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and support process improvements
- Maintain equipment, documentation, and a safe work environment
- 3 years of CNC machining experience (milling preferred)
- Strong setup capability and understanding of machining parameters
- Proficiency with inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, gauges, etc.)
- Solid math skills and ability to read technical drawings
- Detail-oriented with strong communication skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
