Key Responsibilities
- Construct and manage client portfolios aligned with investment objectives, risk tolerance, and firm models
- Execute trades across equities, fixed income, and options with a focus on best execution
- Utilize portfolio management and rebalancing tools (e.g., iRebal or similar platforms)
- Monitor portfolios, perform rebalancing, and implement tactical investment adjustments
- Conduct market, economic, and security-level analysis to support investment decisions
- Support portfolio performance reporting, attribution, and risk analysis
- Collaborate closely with advisors and portfolio managers on client-specific investment strategies
- Ensure compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and trading best practices
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- CFA designation preferred or progress toward completion
- Series 65 license required or ability to obtain promptly
- Proven experience trading equities, fixed income securities, and options
- Experience with portfolio construction and model portfolios
- Familiarity with portfolio rebalancing tools (e.g., iRebal or similar platforms)
- Strong understanding of capital markets, portfolio management, and risk analysis
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in trading platforms, portfolio management systems, and Excel
