Position Overview
Due to significant growth over the past several years, the firm is seeking an Investment Advisor Representative (Junior or Senior level) to join the team. This role involves managing and expanding client relationships, delivering holistic financial planning, and contributing to the firm's continued growth and culture.
The selected candidate will inherit a portfolio of existing client relationships and assets, while also being responsible for developing new business. This position offers long-term growth potential, including a path toward leadership and possible ownership.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow existing client relationships and assets
Develop new client relationships and bring in additional assets
Deliver comprehensive, personalized financial planning solutions
Utilize CRM and financial planning tools to manage client portfolios
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure a high-quality client experience
Uphold high standards of integrity, confidentiality, and compliance
Contribute to team culture and organizational growth initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Active Series 65 license
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial advisory or related field
Ability to work full-time onsite in Cincinnati, Ohio
Experience with CRM systems and financial planning software
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
Strong work ethic with a clean compliance record
High level of integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
Coachable, team-oriented, and growth-focused mindset
Preferred Qualifications
Portable book of business (any size)
CFP®, ChFC®, or similar professional designation
Established network of high-net-worth clients ($500K-$2M households)
Experience with platforms such as eMoney, Schwab, or Advyzon
Leadership potential and interest in career advancement.

Salary : $70,000 - $130,000
