- Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense
- Licensed to practice law in South Carolina
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Manage litigation from initial investigation through to case resolution
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements
- Participate in hearings, depositions, and mediations
- Collaborate closely with clients and the legal team to develop case strategy
- Demonstrate excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Maintain attention to detail and manage multiple deadlines
- Communicate effectively with clients and industry professionals
