Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring clear and professional communication.
- Assist clients with policy questions, claims processing, billing issues, and coverage options for both commercial and personal insurance policies.
- Conduct outbound calling to follow up on client needs, policy renewals, or new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate client records through diligent data entry using Microsoft Office tools and specialized insurance software.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism while adhering to best practices.
- Support sales efforts by working with Producers to quote new business accounts.
- Proven experience in customer support or client services within a call center or insurance environment.
- Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette expertise and active listening abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, data entry accuracy, and general computer skills.
- Experience with outbound calling campaigns or customer outreach initiatives is preferred.

- At least 2 years of direct, relatable experience in insurance customer service.
