What You'll Do (Core Responsibilities)
Be the Voice : Manage incoming calls, emails, and social media inquiries with warmth, patience, and unwavering professionalism.
Guide the Customer Journey: Walk parents and clinicians through the sales process, clearly explaining our technology and the life-changing benefits for their children.
Proactive Outreach: Actively reach out to potential clients to generate leads and schedule video meetings or demos.
Build Relationships: Cultivate long-term partnerships with Occupational Therapists, hospitals, charities, and parent advocacy groups.
Follow Through: Conduct post-purchase check-ins to ensure satisfaction, gather feedback, and collect testimonials or case studies.
CRM Management: Keep client data and pipelines organized and up-to-date (using HighLevel, Streak, or similar).
