We are seeking an Inside Sales Engineer to drive the promotion and sale of our contracted product lines throughout Northern California.
The successful candidate will have a deep technical understanding of steam and condensate systems, including the specialized equipment required to maintain them.
You will focus on providing high-quality valves and instrumentation solutions to our core clients in the biotech, food processing, and institutional sectors.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide customers with industry- and process-specific system knowledge while delivering superior customer service.
- Consistently exceed sales targets by leveraging technical expertise to build strong customer relationships, drive loyalty, and generate repeat business.
- Identify, document, and track all potential opportunities within the sales territory using
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred; OR five years of inside sales experience with a technical or industrial product line; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience selling steam and condensate system applications.
- Minimum of five years of proven business-to-business sales success.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
