Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings, including deportation and removal defense cases.
- Prepare and file legal motions, briefs, applications, and supporting documentation for immigration cases.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients facing removal, detention, or deportation.
- Conduct client consultations to assess eligibility for relief such as asylum, cancellation of removal, adjustment of status, waivers, and other immigration benefits.
- Appear before Immigration Courts, USCIS, ICE, and related agencies.
- Develop strong legal strategies and defenses for complex immigration cases.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files, documentation, and legal records.
- Collaborate with paralegals, legal assistants, and other attorneys to ensure timely case preparation.
