Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates through ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems)conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires with engaging employee orientation programs.
- Oversee employee evaluation and performance management initiatives to promote continuous development and recognize high performance.
- Administer benefits programs, including benefits administration, workers' compensation claims, and leave management such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act), ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
- Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) data collection and entry.
- Facilitate employee relations by managing conflict resolution, conducting investigations, and promoting a positive work environment aligned with organizational values.
- Support organizational design efforts through strategic planning and change management initiatives that enhance efficiency and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards and assist in implementing safety protocols across the organization.
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles, employment & labor law, and affirmative action planning.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, training & development, succession planning, and performance management.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR sourcing tools such as Lever, Taleo, Paychex, Dayforce, or ADP; experience with HRIS systems.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with employees at all levels and manage employee relations confidently.
- Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly while demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes including payroll systems like Kronos or Paylocity; knowledge of contracts related to employment is advantageous.
- Experience working with social media management for employer branding or recruitment purposes is a plus.
