- Assist with general HR administrative tasks such as filing and maintaining employee records
- Create and organize employee folders and documentation
- Schedule interviews and coordinate the hiring process
- Support onboarding of new hires
- Assist with community outreach initiatives and company events
- Help coordinate employee training and development programs
- Monitor HR compliance and maintain accurate records
- Assist with benefits enrollment and employee questions
- Support department meetings and internal communications
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, including disputes
- Support disciplinary actions, terminations, and hiring processes
- Ability to work fully on-site in Redding, CA (no remote or hybrid option)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Comfortable supporting multiple HR functions in a fast-paced environment
- Prior HR or administrative experience preferred
