Position Overview

- Executive Leadership
- Lead the organization's Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, Legal Administration, and Administrative Operations.
- Partner with executive leadership to support strategic planning and organizational growth.
- Promote collaboration between U.S. operations and international business partners.
- Improve operational efficiency through standardized policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Lead all Human Resources functions across the corporate office and two satellite locations.
- Oversee workplace safety initiatives and ensure compliance with all applicable employment regulations.
- Develop and implement employee handbooks, policies, performance management programs, and organizational procedures.
- Foster a positive workplace culture focused on accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Provide executive oversight of Accounting and Finance personnel.
- Guide financial operations, internal controls, and business decision-making.
- Oversee payroll administration and financial compliance.
- Review and approve capital expenditures and major financial investments.
- Establish appropriate credit limits for customers and distribution partners.
- Oversee all corporate Information Technology operations.
- Evaluate and approve technology investments and capital expenditures.
- Ensure technology infrastructure supports business objectives and operational efficiency.

- Extensive leadership experience managing Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, and Information Technology within a multi-site organization.
- Strong background leading administrative operations in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, automation, or technical environment.
- Experience designing, negotiating, and administering employee benefit programs.
- Proven success negotiating vendor agreements, leases, and service contracts.
- Experience implementing employee handbooks, performance management systems, and operational policies.
- Strong financial and business acumen with experience supporting executive decision-making.
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and project management skills.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead organizational change and improve business processes.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across different cultures and international business environments.
