About The Role

As a
Financial Advisor
, you will work closely with new and existing clients-many of whom come from qualified leads through seminars and referrals-to provide tailored financial strategies, investment guidance, and insurance planning. You will collaborate directly with the
lead Advisor
, assisting in client servicing, plan implementation, and business growth initiatives. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a relationship-driven environment, takes initiative, and is eager to grow their career in financial planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, offering financial guidance and education to help them achieve short- and long-term goals.
- Conduct financial planning consultations, preparing and presenting customized financial plans that include investments, insurance, and retirement solutions.
- Assist clients with annuities, life insurance, long-term care, and wealth management strategies.
- Work alongside the main Advisor to service existing client relationships, conduct portfolio reviews, and support overall client satisfaction.
- Engage in outreach and follow-up activities, including proactive calls to schedule client and prospect meetings.
- Participate in public seminars and events, including representing and introducing the main Advisor.
- Leverage company-provided leads (no cold calling required) to grow your book of business.
- Support the team in meeting individual and collective performance goals.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with firm and industry standards.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred (in finance, business, or a related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on sales or advisory roles.
- Active Life and Health Insurance License and Series 65 required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with Redtail CRM or similar client management tools is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver high-quality service.
