Job Overview

This is a full-time, hybrid Field Service Technician role based in the Greater Dothan area, offering flexibility for some remote work. The role focuses on ensuring the optimal performance of medical device systems through installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and customer support. The ideal candidate is technically skilled, customer-focused, and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical device systems to ensure reliable performance
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site and remote support
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections
• Train clients on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
• Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation and reports
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges
• Travel within the assigned region as required to support service needs
  
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices, electronics, or related equipment
• Customer service experience with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and schematics
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team environment
• Basic proficiency with computer systems and diagnostic tools
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region
• Bachelor's degree or certification in Biomedical Engineering, Electronics, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in the medical device industry is a strong advantage
