Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and troubleshoot medical device systems to ensure reliable performance
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues through on-site and remote support
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and system inspections
- Train clients on proper equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain accurate and detailed service documentation and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries and technical challenges
- Travel within the assigned region as required to support service needs
- Strong technical skills in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medical devices, electronics, or related equipment
- Customer service experience with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical users
