Family Law Attorney

Our client is seeking a skilled and experienced Family Law Attorney to join a dynamic legal team. This role involves managing complex family law matters, including high-asset divorce cases, custody disputes, and spousal and child support issues. The ideal candidate will be adept at handling sensitive legal matters while delivering exceptional client service and advocacy.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex family law matters from inception through resolution
• Draft, review, and respond to legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery
• Conduct legal research and prepare case strategies
• Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations
• Participate in client consultations and provide strategic legal guidance
• Handle depositions and other procedural aspects of litigation
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high-quality legal service delivery
  
  

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California and in good standing with the State Bar
• Proven experience in family law, including divorce, custody, and support matters
• Strong understanding of property division, business interests, and complex financial issues
• Experience with high-income and high-asset cases is highly preferred
• Demonstrated ability to manage cases involving domestic violence, mental health, and substance abuse issues
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong advocacy, negotiation, and litigation skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and client-focused approach
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Membership or involvement in professional organizations such as the American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers (AAML)
