Key Responsibilities
Audit & Assurance
- Assist in planning and executing audit engagements for a variety of clients
- Analyze client financial information and identify discrepancies or risks
- Prepare audit workpapers and supporting documentation
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and auditing standards
- Prepare financial statements and related reports
- Assist with reviews and compilations
- Support clients in understanding financial results and reporting requirements
- Communicate with clients to gather financial data and clarify information
- Build and maintain professional client relationships
- Provide timely updates and ensure client satisfaction
- Analyze financial records and identify trends or irregularities
- Assist in resolving accounting and audit-related issues
- Support process improvements and efficiency initiatives
- Work both independently and as part of a team on multiple engagements
- Collaborate with senior staff and leadership on complex projects
- Contribute to a positive and professional team environment
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
- 5 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm
- CPA or CPA candidate
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Experience in manufacturing and construction industries
- Familiarity with:

- QuickBooks
- CCH ProSystem Fixed Assets
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
