- Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing and post-closing
- Prepare and review escrow instructions, closing disclosures, and settlement statements
- Ensure all closing documents are complete, accurate, and compliant with regulations
- Receive, manage, and disburse escrow funds in accordance with agreements and legal requirements
- Coordinate with lenders, real estate agents, attorneys, buyers, and sellers
- Resolve title and escrow issues prior to closing
- Maintain accurate and organized escrow files and records
- Ensure compliance with state and federal real estate regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process
- Active Florida Escrow Officer License (not required, but good to have)
- Experience with Snapclose or SoftPro Software or any similar.
- Proven experience as an Escrow Officer or in a similar escrow/title role
- Strong knowledge of escrow procedures, title insurance, and real estate closings
- Familiarity with real estate software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
