The Escrow Closer will also liaise with buyers, sellers, agents, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions and provide excellent customer service throughout the process.

Qualifications
- Experience with Closings and Escrow processes, ensuring compliance and accuracy
- Proficiency as a Notary and a comprehensive understanding of notarial procedures
- Strong background in Customer Service and ability to maintain professional client relationships
- Familiarity with Residential Real Estate transactions and related documentation
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in a title company or related real estate industry role is a plus
- 2 years of work experience with Closing (Real Estate)
- Closing Agent License
- Insurance Producer And Title Producer
