Key Responsibilities
ERP System Management
- Oversee day-to-day performance and health of the ERP system
- Identify issues and coordinate timely resolution
- Ensure system reliability and alignment with business needs
- Lead ERP-related projects from planning through execution
- Manage timelines, testing (UAT), deployment, and post-go-live support
- Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success
- Partner with external ERP consultants on enhancements and implementations
- Define requirements, track deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
- Work closely with IT leadership to prioritize system improvements
- Recommend enhancements aligned with business and technology goals
- Support and coordinate integrations between ERP and other systems
- Ensure smooth data flow, troubleshoot issues, and maintain system integrity
- Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
- Drive system enhancements and automation initiatives
- Provide updates on system performance, project status, and upcoming changes
- Translate technical concepts into business-friendly communication
- Support and mentor junior ERP team members
- Provide subject matter expertise (no direct reports)
- 5 years of experience in ERP systems (administration, support, configuration, or project leadership)
- Proven experience leading ERP projects end-to-end (requirements, testing, deployment)
- Strong understanding of core ERP business processes:
- Order-to-cash
- Procure-to-pay
- Inventory & manufacturing
- Finance/accounting
- Experience with ERP integrations (APIs, data mapping, middleware, troubleshooting)
- Strong experience working with third-party consultants/vendors
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiarity with change management, documentation, and release processes
- Experience with NetSuite or similar ERP platforms
- Background in manufacturing or multi-site environments
- Experience with reporting tools (dashboards, KPIs, financial reporting)
- Exposure to process automation and system optimization
- Familiarity with AI-driven tools for ERP improvements
- Experience with multiple ERP systems or legacy-to-cloud transitions
- Project management and multitasking
- Strong technical and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
- Problem-solving and process improvement mindset
- Customer-focused approach to system usability
- Office-based role with standard business hours
- May require occasional extended hours during system upgrades or project go-lives
