We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented EMI/EMC Compliance and Safety Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and documenting a wide variety of compliance and safety testing to meet rigorous international standards. This role requires a self-starter with excellent technical knowledge, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining laboratory quality and accreditation.

- Hands-on experience in EMC/EMI/Safety testing.
- Hands-on experience in managing lab accreditation (e.g., ISO/IEC 17025) including internal/external audits, quality system documentation, and ensuring ongoing compliance.
- Extensive experience with RF antennas, RF generators, RF amplifiers, and spectrum analyzers to conduct RF emissions/immunity testing.
- Ability to perform test setups, operate, and adjust test equipment of relative complexity.
- Knowledge of emissions/immunity test software such as TILE! Preferred.
- Experience in application of regulatory agency product standards and test procedures preferred.
- Great attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism and discretion dealing with confidential information.

- Perform EMC/EMI/Safety testing in accordance with applicable standards.

- Willingness must be demonstrated to take ownership for and follow through on responses to engineering needs.
- Maintain accurate and timely test logs.
- Interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form for EMI chamber site attenuation measurement.
