We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Drywall Project Manager to oversee all aspects of our drywall and metal framing projects, from initial planning and budgeting through final completion. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.

The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, while serving as the primary point of contact for clients and subcontractors.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project costs, prepare accurate monthly billings, manage cash flow, and negotiate/process change orders.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field crews to ensure seamless project execution and clear communication.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, enforce strict adherence to safety protocols (OSHA regulations), and maintain quality control standards.
- Maintain thorough project documentation, including contracts, progress reports, and financial tracking.
- Identify potential risks and challenges, developing mitigation strategies, and resolving issues promptly to prevent delays.
- Lead, manage, and mentor project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- 5 years of experience in the commercial drywall/construction industry.
- Strong work ethic with the ability to multitask and focus.
- Computer and technology savvy. Will need to be proficient with project management and estimating software as well as Microsoft Office.
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Detail-driven with an accounting mindset - "Know your costs".
- Previous experience managing projects in the drywall industry.
- A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent work experience.
