You Will
- Replace the founder in sales.
- Build a real sales department.
- Build a real marketing engine.
- Drive predictable, scalable revenue growth.
What You'll Actually Do
- Own Revenue
- Design and implement the full sales process (lead → qualification → design agreement
- Improve close rates and contract size.
- Build forecasting and pipeline visibility.
- Personally close high-value projects until a team is built.
- Build the Sales Department
- Recruit, train, and manage sales professionals.
- Develop scripts, presentations, objection handling frameworks.
- Install KPIs and accountability rhythms.
- Eliminate founder dependency in client acquisition.
- Architect the Marketing Engine
- Define positioning and messaging for luxury homeowners.
- Oversee inbound marketing (paid ads, SEO, social, referrals).
- Develop strategic partnerships (architects, designers, real estate professionals).
- Ensure consistent qualified lead flow.
- Scale Strategically
- Identify constraints preventing growth.
- Create systems that allow expansion into new markets (including wildfire rebuild and
