Summary

We are seeking a Creative Director/Designer to lead and execute creative initiatives across print and digital platforms. This role combines hands-on design responsibilities with leadership of the art department, overseeing creative direction, brand consistency, and approval of all creative content. The position also includes brand style development and coordination of licensed products.

Responsibilities

• Participate in new product development initiatives
• Design packaging for consumer products
• Create 3D digital prototypes of new products
• Develop promotional imagery for print and digital media
• Coordinate label compliance checks with regulatory consultants
• Prepare and configure art files for print production
• Coordinate print production with external vendors
• Design advertisements for print and digital campaigns
• Create graphics and media assets for trade shows
• Develop logos, stationery, forms, flyers, catalogs, and business support materials
• Create packaging and promotional materials for international partners
• Serve as liaison for licensed products to ensure proper handling of intellectual property assets
  
  

Requirements

• Strong and diverse design portfolio
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Collaborative team player willing to contribute beyond core responsibilities when needed
  
  

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of commercial print processes (including web and flexographic printing)
• Proficiency in process color reproduction
• High proficiency in:
• Adobe Photoshop
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe InDesign
• Blender (or similar 3D software)
• Preferred experience in:
• Adobe Animate
• Adobe Premiere
• Artistic CAD programs (e.g., MoI or similar tools)
