Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Project Engineers to create 3D models, submittals, and assembly drawings using SolidWorks
- Generate production drawing packages for manufacturing, including mechanical drawings and electrical schematics
- Review and verify assembly and part drawings for compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards
- Build full assembly models and drawing packages using existing libraries, configurations, and design tables
- Update existing drawings based on engineering changes, production needs, or customer specifications
- Maintain CAD data and ensure proper storage within the database
- Prepare part and assembly drawings, Bills of Materials (BOM), and export files (PDF/DXF/DWG) for internal and external use
- Communicate with manufacturing teams to resolve design questions or drawing issues
- Minimum 3 years of experience Revit modeling and/or SolidWorks
- Experience managing drawing revisions using EPDM or similar systems and ECO processes
- Experience collaborating with production teams and resolving shop-floor issues
- Strong problem-solving skills and creativity
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
- Familiarity with ASME design codes and ANSI standards

- Exposure to fumes, airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibrations
- Moderate to high noise levels
- Use of standard office equipment (computers, phones, etc.)
- Regularly required to stand, walk, bend, and use hands and arms
