In this role, you will collaborate with project managers, estimators, and engineering professionals to develop value-engineered, cost-effective solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in geotechnical, civil, or structural engineering and a strong background in foundation and earth retention design.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative and cost-effective engineering solutions for:
- Deep foundations
- Earth retention systems
- Slope stabilization
- Grouting
- Ground improvement projects
- Prepare preliminary engineering designs and calculations.
- Provide technical engineering support to the preconstruction and estimating teams.
- Develop, review, and oversee shop drawings and construction documents.
- Support project managers throughout project execution.
- Perform engineering calculations and ensure compliance with applicable codes and standards.
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver successful projects.
- Assist with value engineering and design optimization to improve project efficiency and reduce costs.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 3-7 years of experience in civil, geotechnical, or structural engineering.
- Experience with geotechnical design-build construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of foundation systems, retaining structures, and ground improvement methods.
- Proficiency with AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Working knowledge of Mathcad and Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using one or more of the following design software:
- DeepEx
- PLAXIS
- L-Pile
- AllPile
- SNail
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Salary : $80,000 - $130,000
