Countertop Fabricator
Are you a hands-on fabricator who takes pride in clean seams, precise measurements, and quality craftsmanship? We're seeking an Experienced or Semi-Experienced Countertop Fabricator to join a growing shop team. You'll primarily work with solid surface materials (Corian and similar) to fabricate custom countertops from start to finish.
This is not an entry-level role.

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and finish solid surface countertops and custom components
- Operate shop equipment and hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Read and interpret shop drawings, templates, and measurements
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, craftsmanship, and quality control
- Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines
Required:
- Previous countertop fabrication or related shop experience (woodworking, cabinetry, millwork, stone, solid surface, etc.)
- Ability to lift and carry materials up to 75 lbs
- Strong measuring, math, and layout skills
- Dependable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
- Solid surface (Corian) experience
- Seam work, sanding, polishing, or finishing experience
- CNC or templating experience
