Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects from concept through installation
- Develop and evaluate mechanical designs based on customer requirements
- Create and review drawings, models, and bills of materials
- Use SolidWorks and AutoCAD for 3D modeling and drafting
- Support sales with technical input and cost estimates
- Provide troubleshooting and technical assistance to service teams and clients
- Contribute to new product development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Assist in standardizing designs and improving product efficiency
- Perform cost analysis for pricing and profitability
- Maintain direct communication with internal teams and external customers
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or related field) with 3 years of experience
- Strong experience with SolidWorks and AutoCAD
- Exposure to manufacturing or industrial equipment environments
- Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred)
- Project management experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Role involves occasional travel (~10%)
- Requires interaction across departments and with clients
- Must be comfortable working in a production environment
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
