Construction & Roofing Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction & Roofing Project Manager to oversee residential and commercial roofing and construction projects from start to finish.

The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of roofing and general construction, excellent project coordination skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers, crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and insurance professionals. This role requires someone who can manage multiple projects while maintaining schedules, budgets, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage residential and commercial roofing and interior/exterior construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and project schedules.
• Conduct jobsite and roof inspections to monitor progress, workmanship, and quality.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, commercial property representatives, insurance adjusters, vendors, and internal staff.
• Prepare project scopes, estimates, change orders, material orders, and other project documentation.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, timelines, and materials.
• Identify and resolve jobsite issues, delays, and customer concerns efficiently.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and according to company quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA requirements, applicable building codes, and jobsite safety procedures.
• Maintain accurate project records and provide timely updates to management and customers.
  
  

Qualifications

• 3 years of construction or roofing project management experience preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of roofing systems and interior/exterior construction.
• Xactimate experience is required.
• Experience with insurance restoration is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to coordinate crews, subcontractors, vendors, and multiple projects.
• Strong estimating, scheduling, budgeting, and project documentation skills.
• Excellent communication, customer service, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Comfortable performing jobsite inspections and safely climbing ladders/inspecting roofs.
• Ability to work in an active construction environment and meet physical demands of the position.
