As our Estimator, you'll be the brains behind the bid. You'll work closely with project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to develop competitive, detailed, and accurate cost estimates that lay the foundation for successful commercial, institutional, and industrial projects.

- Lead estimates from concept through final submission on diverse projects.
- Analyze drawings, specs, and scopes to develop clear and accurate cost breakdowns.
- Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and pricing for labor, materials, and equipment.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive pricing.
- Participate in value engineering to optimize scope and cost-efficiency.
- Support strategic bid decisions and present estimates with confidence and clarity.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in related field; and/or equivalent of minimum 2 years' equivalent experience or equivalent combination of education and experience, required.
- Constructions/ Engineering degree, preferred
- Accomplished in three (3) trades, required
- Strong command of construction industry practices, materials, and labor markets.
- Proficiency in estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent time management, communication, and organizational skills.
