We are working with Our Client to identify a skilled CNC Programmer responsible for developing and refining machining programs to support high-precision production. This role focuses on improving machining efficiency while maintaining strict quality standards.

- Develop and modify CNC programs for milling and multi-axis equipment
- Analyze technical drawings and 3D models to determine machining strategy
- Select tooling, speeds, and feeds to optimize performance
- Test and validate new programs directly on machines
- Identify machining issues and implement process improvements
- Coordinate with engineering and shop floor teams to ensure production accuracy
- Maintain organized program files and version tracking
- 5 years of CNC programming experience
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques and materials (metals, plastics, alloys)
- Proficiency with CAM programming platforms and digital manufacturing tools (such as Mastercam or similar), along with experience using model-based design systems and simulation/verification software
- Solid understanding of machine code (G-code/M-code) and multi-axis operations
- Ability to read blueprints and apply GD&T principles
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing concepts and fixture/tooling design
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
