Key Responsibilities
- Represent condominium and homeowners' associations in legal matters
- Analyze and advise on community association legal issues
- Draft amendments to governing documents
- Prepare for and attend board and membership meetings
- Enforce governing documents through litigation and alternative dispute resolution
- Manage ongoing client relationships with professionalism and responsiveness
- Active membership with the Florida Bar
- 5-7 years of legal experience, with demonstrated work in business litigation
- Prior experience in community association law is preferred but not required
- Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Strong litigation and oral advocacy abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
