Qualifications
- OSHA-30 certification required
- Occasional travel may be required (can be negotiated)
- Proficient with basic computer programs such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to clearly communicate instructions and guidance
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with subcontractors, clients, and team members
- Strong leadership and problem solving abilities
- Plan weekly construction activities and coordinate work with subcontractors alongside the Project Manager
- Monitor project schedules and provide updates on progress toward project milestones
- Maintain daily site logs including subcontractor activity, weather conditions, and site progress in management software
- Conduct regular onsite walkthroughs with clients to ensure satisfaction and clear communication
- Coordinate scheduling of subcontractors and delivery of materials
- Monitor construction quality and progress while reporting updates to the Project Manager
- Identify potential change orders and communicate them to the Project Manager when necessary
- Perform final site checks after construction work is completed
- Coordinate final construction activities, including obtaining Certificates of Occupancy
- Participate in project review meetings to improve future project execution
