Qualifications
- Proficiency in Edge Estimating software and budgeting for projects
- Strong Communication skills, including collaboration with clients and team members
- Experience with roofing systems and materials, specifically commercial roofs
- Project Management skills, including organization and time management
- Familiarity with Edge software and ability to interpret blueprints
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance practices
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Previous experience in commercial roofing or construction estimating is an advantage
