We're seeking an experienced Commercial Masonry Estimator / Project Manager to estimate, lead, and execute masonry operations across North Central and Western Ohio. ποΈ What You'll Do
π Estimating & Cost Analysis:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for complex, large-scale masonry projects
- Perform material takeoffs, labor calculations, and production analysis
- Develop accurate, competitive budgets aligned with field realities
- Lead hard bids and budgetary proposals
- Gather project documentation and coordinate required bid resources
- Deliver complete, cost-effective proposals to owners and stakeholders
- Manage masonry operations to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to specifications
- Oversee submittals, purchase orders, and production tracking
- Monitor material procurement and jobsite productivity
- Provide mentorship and guidance to help develop future masonry leaders
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Word required)
- Experience with Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Tradesmen's OS3DE estimating software (preferred)
- Ability to prepare high-quality written proposals, notifications, and correspondence
- 5-10 years of masonry industry experience (commercial preferred)
- Deep understanding of masonry field operations and production tracking
- Established relationships with local suppliers and subcontractors
- Ability to manage current projects while estimating future work
- Skilled at recording production rates and using them to forecast bids
- Knowledge of masonry structures, submittals, and procurement processes
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
