- Coordinate with operations teams to ensure smooth project handoff
- Maintain strong supplier relationships to support competitive bidding
- 3 years of estimating experience in commercial roofing or building envelope
- Knowledge of TPO, PVC, EPDM, BUR, Modified Bitumen, metal roofing, and coatings
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, PlanSwift, The EDGE, Excel, or similar estimating tools
- Organized, detail-driven, and deadline-focused
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
