Key Responsibilities
- Manage and service a portfolio of commercial insurance policies including property, liability, workers' compensation, and commercial auto insurance.
- Conduct client consultations to understand insurance needs and provide tailored coverage recommendations.
- Partner with producers to perform comprehensive needs assessments and develop effective insurance solutions.
- Oversee the full renewal process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
- Respond to client inquiries, address concerns, and resolve policy-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and policy updates in the agency management system.
- Stay current with industry trends, carrier updates, and regulatory changes impacting commercial insurance.
- Proven experience in commercial lines insurance account management is required.
- Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with producers, underwriters, and team members.
