The Commercial HVAC Project Manager will manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring high-quality outcomes. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to meet project objectives and provide expert guidance in resolving issues as they arise.
Qualifications
Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to assess project needs and resolve complex problems
Exceptional Communication skills to coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients
Proficiency in Budgeting and Finance, including cost estimation and financial oversight of projects
Experience in Contract Management, including preparing, negotiating, and reviewing contracts
Strong organizational and project coordination abilities
Proficiency in relevant project management software and tools is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
Experience in commercial HVAC systems or a similar industry is highly preferred
