- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
- Skilled in troubleshooting electrical systems and components
- Knowledge of safety regulations, codes, and compliance standards in the electrical industry
- Experience operating tools and equipment, such as conduit benders, voltage testers, and power tools
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Journeyman Electrician License is required; additional certifications are a plus
- Physical ability to perform manual labor, lift heavy objects, and work in various environments
