A Journeyman Mold Maker is a highly skilled professional who has completed the required schooling and training to earn a journeyman certification in tool and die. This role involves interpreting engineering drawings, setting up and operating a variety of machine tools (including CNC equipment), and building or repairing precision molds, dies, jigs, fixtures, tools, and gauges. The Journeyman Mold Maker ensures high-quality output by maintaining tight tolerances, following company standards, and thoroughly inspecting completed work.
This position also requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously by coordinating with supervisors, department leads, and team members to ensure on-time delivery and successful project outcomes.

- Collaborates effectively with supervisors and managers to achieve on-time delivery.
- Ability to operate CNC machines as part of the mold manufacturing process.
