Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for ABA programs.
- Supervise, mentor, and support BCBAs, RBTs, and clinical staff.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Review clinical data and modify treatment plans based on client progress.
- Ensure treatment plans meet ethical and clinical best practices.
- Train and coach staff using Behavior Skills Training (BST).
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, physicians, schools, and other healthcare professionals.
- Monitor documentation for quality, compliance, and medical necessity.
- Support staff development, performance improvement, and retention.
- Promote a positive, collaborative, and client-centered clinical culture.
- Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
- Current BCBA certification.
- Active state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as required.
- Several years of experience providing ABA services.
- Previous experience supervising clinicians and behavior technicians.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Experience using data to drive clinical decision-making.
- Experience leading clinical teams or managing ABA programs.
- Strong mentoring and coaching abilities.
