Our client is seeking a Client & Advisor Support Specialist to provide administrative and client service support to financial advisors. You will be responsible for supporting advisors with daily operations, assisting clients with account requests, coordinating with insurance carriers and investment custodians, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring all client service tasks are completed efficiently. Key Responsibilities
- Support financial advisors with day-to-day administrative and client service activities.
- Contact clients to verify account information, gather required documents, and follow up on pending requests.
- Process client service requests, including:
- Account maintenance
- Account transfers
- Policy changes
- Beneficiary updates
- Prepare materials and reports for client meetings.
- Coordinate with insurance carriers, custodians, and other vendors to resolve service issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information in the CRM system.
- Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries by phone and email.
- Track multiple client requests and ensure timely completion.
- Communicate proactively with advisors to keep projects organized and on schedule.
- Assist with financial planning cases and gradually develop knowledge to support advisors with client planning.
- Complete additional administrative and operational tasks as needed.
- Previous experience in financial services, insurance, wealth management, banking, or another professional services environment is strongly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy.
- High attention to detail and strong data entry skills.
- Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn new software quickly.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Strong follow-through and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable communicating confidently with advisors, clients, and third-party vendors.
- Must be comfortable working on the computer and phone throughout the workday.
- Experience working with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of financial services, insurance products, or investment operations.
- Experience handling client accounts, documentation, or financial transactions.
