Job Duties
Successful applicants shall demonstrate proper engineering techniques on a wide variety of projects. Applicant will communicate effectively with coworkers and clients perform project research, calculations, and produce final project documents primarily utilizing Civil3D.
Typical Project Types
35% Civil site / grading design
20% General Agricultural design
20% CAFO design
15% Street / utility design
5% Subdivision design
5% Structural analysis, code compliance review and inspection
Land Surveying support opportunities exist in this roll but are not required.
Requirements / Certifications
Professionally Licensed Engineer, Civil (PE) Oregon/Idaho
The client works on a variety of project types throughout the Pacific Northwest and offer the most diverse range of surveying experience of any firm in the area. The client has completed projects in over 20 states from Alaska to Arizona, Oregon to Maine and as far away as Honolulu Hawaii and Entebbe, Uganda, Africa, typical project sites are located throughout Eastern Oregon and Western Idaho. Web-based communication skills between our two offices is key, as team members regularly work together and provide support to one another on projects. Their goal is to provide a very comfortable, family friendly and enjoyable work atmosphere.
