Key Responsibilities
- Prepare civil design plans for residential and commercial land development projects
- Develop subdivision layouts, grading plans, and utility designs
- Utilize Civil 3D to create and manage design drawings and surfaces
- Assist with stormwater, drainage, and site development design
- Collaborate with engineers, surveyors, and project managers
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and timely delivery of project documents
- 5 years of civil design experience
- Strong proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D (required)
- Hands-on experience with subdivision and land development design
- Solid understanding of grading, drainage, and utility layouts
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
