Key Responsibilities
Lead 1-2 person field crews on various projects, including Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, and Construction Staking
Interpret plans, legal documents, and staking reports accurately
Ensure precise and timely data collection using modern surveying equipment and software
Train and mentor junior team members, maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism
Maintain detailed field notes and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
3 years of land surveying field experience (leadership experience preferred)
Proficiency with Trimble equipment and Trimble Access workflows
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and lift 50 lbs
Strong communication skills with a proactive, team-oriented approach
Preferred Experience
Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and construction layout/site work
Familiarity with Trimble surveying equipment
Experience with drone operations for surveying or reality capture
FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is a plus
