Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations on demolition, remediation, and heavy civil construction project sites
- Lead and supervise field crews, subcontractors, and equipment operators
- Conduct site evaluations and identify potential project risks and safety hazards
- Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
- Coordinate manpower, schedules, equipment, and materials to maintain productivity
- Monitor project progress and maintain accurate daily reports and documentation
- Manage labor tracking, employee timesheets, and project reporting
- Communicate effectively with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal leadership teams
- Support project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and field problem resolution
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to project specifications
- Travel to project sites as required
- Experience in demolition, construction, environmental remediation, or heavy civil operations preferred
- Strong leadership and crew management experience
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, specifications, and project documents
- Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, construction safety practices, and hazard identification
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced field environments
- Valid driver's license required
- OSHA certifications or related industry certifications are a plus
