Key Responsibilities
- Lead 1–2 person field crews on a variety of projects: Boundary, Topographic, ALTA, Construction Staking, and more
- Interpret plans, legal documents, and staking reports with clarity and confidence
- Ensure accurate and timely data collection using Trimble equipment and internal software systems
- Train and mentor junior crew members, promoting high standards of quality and professionalism
- Maintain thorough field notes and communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and internal teams
Minimum Qualifications
- 3 years of land surveying field experience (leadership experience preferred)
- Proficient with Trimble equipment and Trimble Access workflows
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions and lift 50 lbs
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset
Preferred Experience
- Experience with boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, and/or construction layout/site work
- Familiarity with Trimble surveying equipment
- Experience operating drones for surveying or reality capture; FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certification is a plus
