Responsibilities
Investor Relations & Fundraising
- Develop and execute marketing and communications strategies to attract new investors and deepen relationships with existing ones.
- Create investor materials, presentations, and reporting that clearly convey our value proposition and performance.
- Partner with leadership to support capital-raising efforts for current and future investment opportunities.
- Define and drive a unified brand strategy that elevates our market position.
- Develop storytelling, digital presence, and public relations strategies that reinforce investor confidence and brand authority.
- Ensure consistency of messaging across all platforms, aligning marketing with the company's mission and values.
- Build and oversee marketing systems, campaigns, and data-driven initiatives that support investor acquisition and retention.
- Implement scalable marketing processes, analytics, and reporting tools to measure performance.
- Lead and mentor internal and external marketing resources.
- Proven success in a senior marketing or investor relations leadership role, ideally within real estate investment, private equity, or related industries.
- Demonstrated experience attracting investors, developing investor communications, and supporting fundraising initiatives.
- A balance of strategic and tactical capability-comfortable leading vision and execution.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing, brand development, and storytelling.
- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a growing, mission-driven organization.
- Experience overseeing capital campaigns, investor onboarding, or fund marketing.
