As a chemical line operator in an anodizing facility, you will be responsible for overseeing the anodizing process, ensuring quality, efficiency, and adherence to safety protocols.

- Monitor and control the anodizing process to ensure quality and consistency.
- Ensure that all process baths are operating within their control ranges.
- Collect, record, analyze and communicate relevant and reliable process data.
- Coordinate all loads with shift supervisor and lead line operator to maximize tank
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards.
- Identify and address any quality issues that arise.
- Complete various logs as needed as part of quality documentation.
- Multitask to plan, execute, monitor, and adjust loads to ensure QA. efficiency.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Ensure that the work area is kept clean and organized.
- Communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Work with/in production as labor needs on the process line fluctuate.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve problems that arise during the anodizing process.
- Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with team members and management.
