Core Responsibilities Luxury Chauffeur Duties
- Provide white-glove service to VIP and hotel clients
- Maintain strict punctuality and route planning
- Ensure immaculate vehicle presentation at all times
- Uphold discretion and professional conduct
- Anticipate client needs without being intrusive
- Oversee daily fleet readiness and cleanliness
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections
- Track maintenance schedules and service intervals
- Manage repairs and vendor coordination
- Ensure compliance (registration, insurance, safety standards)
- Train chauffeurs on service expectations
- Enforce company SOPs and discipline
- Maintain accountability within the team
- Communicate directly with ownership and operations
- Identify areas for operational improvement

Luxury Hospitality Experience
- Four Seasons, Ritz-Carlton, St. Regis, or similar
- Valet leadership, guest services, concierge, or operations
- Deep understanding of high-end service culture
Military Background
- Demonstrated discipline and reliability
- Experience in logistics, equipment management, or personnel supervision
