organizational goals and fostering a results-driven, high-performance culture. Provide ongoing coaching,
performance guidance, and strategic direction to maximize team effectiveness.
Strategy Development & Execution
Develop and execute comprehensive business development strategies to attain long-
term growth objectives. Identify emerging market opportunities and guide the team in capitalizing on new
revenue streams.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor business development KPIs, pipeline health, and team performance metrics. Provide regular
performance updates to senior leadership and refine strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.

- Demonstrated success in B2B business development,

Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
