Full Job Description
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with ownership and play a critical role in keeping both our security operations and real estate holdings organized and financially sound. You will handle bookkeeping, administrative support, and project estimating tasks.
Responsibilities
Manage QuickBooks Online: invoicing, billing, bank reconciliations, expense tracking.
Assist in preparing estimates: enter scope/pricing into QBO or proposal templates.
Maintain CRM: track bids, pipeline updates, and client communications.
Support payroll, insurance documentation, lien waivers, and project closeouts.
For Real Estate Portfolio
Handle bookkeeping for multiple rental properties (income/expense tracking, rent rolls, utilities, mortgage payments, tax prep).
Generate monthly/quarterly financial reports for the portfolio.
Work with property managers/tenants/vendors on billing and documentation.
General
Support ownership in administrative tasks.
Create systems and processes to streamline operations.
Qualifications
2-5 years bookkeeping or office management experience.
Proficient with QuickBooks Online (must-have).
Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Experience with construction, property management, or service industry a plus.

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
